Tread Depth Gauge

The Skid Resistance Test (SRT) in accordance with TP Griff-StB SRT is used to measure and evaluate the skid resistance of asphalt surfaces. The measure of the surface’s skid resistance is the loss of potential energy experienced by a pendulum foot as a rubber edge on the pendulum arm slides over a specific length of the previously moistened test surface.
