- Borrowing toys, crates and carrier bags in no way affects the duty of supervision of the parents or caregivers present.
- The Family Service accepts no responsibility or liability for damage caused by improper use of toys, crates or carrier bags. All materials must be carefully checked by the caregiver before use and handover to the child.
- There is no legal entitlement to the use and equipment of the loanable material. If it is not possible to borrow or use toys and carrying equipment, the Family Service cannot be held liable, nor for any consequences.
- By borrowing toys, boxes and bags, the childcare staff undertake to treat them with care and to protect them from damage or loss, as well as to return all materials.
- The toys have been donated by members of the university, among others, and may therefore show signs of use. If something is damaged or dirty, please report it to the Family Service.
