Master Plus Scholarship
Dear students
After successfully completing your Bachelor's degree, are you about to embark on a Master's program? Are you passionate about your subject and always willing to think outside the box? Are you socially active and enjoy interdisciplinary exchange? Then apply for the scholarship program Master Plus and benefit from the financial and non-material support of the Hamburg-based Claussen Simon Foundation.
Application: When and how?
From May 18 to June 14, 2026, students of all disciplines who are starting a Master's degree at a state university in Germany in the coming winter semester 2026/27 can apply for a scholarship via our online portal. All information on the application requirements and the link to the online portal can be found here. Please note that an application is only possible before the Master's program. If you are already studying in the 1st semester, it is no longer possible to apply.
What does the funding look like?
We provide our scholarship holders with both financial and non-material support. The financial support covers individual living costs and allows you to concentrate on your studies. In the area of non-material support, you can choose from a wide range of voluntary workshops that you find useful to complement your personal and professional development. At our annual scholarship holder meeting at Lake Ratzeburg, we offer a stimulating mix of lectures, workshops and various exchange formats, and in our regional groups you can meet scholarship holders in your area and get to know each other during informal activities.
