The StartUp Office is happy to establish contacts for interested parties to get to know the start-ups better or to ask questions about the path to founding your own company.

Skywalker energy

Using drone technology and a high-resolution thermal imaging camera, Skywalker-Energie creates thermographic aerial images of a building or entire area. These images are then processed and analyzed using innovative image processing software. As a result of the analysis, Skywalker-Energie provides building-specific thermal energy requirements and thus enables the identification of thermal bridges, the recognition of renovation potential and area potential for solar systems.
The start-up team received the Schleswig-Holstein start-up grant for their business idea and won a 6-week trip to Silicon Valley in October 2024 via the Plug & Play program. The region in California is considered the high-tech location of the world and is known for its high concentration of innovative companies and holistic start-up ecosystem. As a winner of the program, Skywalker Energie received valuable first-hand expert feedback on site and made new contacts for their network.
The aim of the Silicon Valley trip for the start-up was to further optimize its own solution and prepare for the market launch in the best possible way.

mudioo
Max Löhrer and Christoph von Trotha founded the company "mudioo" together.
While searching for a business idea, the team came across the following problem: small museums and temporary exhibitions in particular are confronted with the fact that digitization, which is usually carried out by agencies and external service providers, is associated with high costs and time expenditure.
The solution to this problem is offered by mudioo's software. With mudioo, (small) museums and exhibitors can digitize their exhibitions and create background information, audio guides and various interactive functions themselves, using a content management system (CMS) into which all information (texts, images, audio, videos) can be inserted. There is also an "AI content creator" integrated into the CMS, which helps to formulate and translate texts and convert them into audio files. Various AIs are integrated in combination for this purpose. Once the content has been created in the CMS, all data is uploaded to the user-friendly mudioo app. By scanning a QR code, visitors can access the multimedia guide via smartphone in just a few seconds. This guides visitors through the exhibition and inspires them with lots of varied information. The muddio app inspires across generations and makes content more tangible.
In 2023, mudioo received a start-up grant from the WTSH and has won several competitions since then.

Sikania

Sikania are Julia Mannack and Antonia Brums - the two met in Sicily during an au pair stay. Together they run an online store specializing in Sicilian delicacies. While Julia takes care of sourcing the products on the Italian island, Antonia packs and sends olive oil, pesto, red and white wine, pastries and much more out into the world from her office, which is located in our co-working space.
Cerberus Seaweed Systems GbR

In order to cultivate and harvest seaweed on a large scale, Cerberus Seaweed Systems is developing anchored cultivation systems that enable greater efficiency and productivity. These are floating platforms (cultivation buoys) that enable the cultivation of various algae species in coastal waters that cannot be cultivated with conventional longlines or nets or do not grow optimally on them.
