Reskill

The aim of Reskill is to contribute to improving the employment situation in the tourism sector. To this end, an online training platform for jobseekers, career changers and employees in the tourism sector is being developed and accompanied by a variety of other activities. The training and further education program is primarily aimed at increasing so-called green and digital skills, although other skills such as soft skills and leadership skills are also included. It is aimed at employees with different levels of qualification and also includes specialist language courses. The platform will be evaluated in several pilot measures and continuously optimized. The establishment of a broad network during the project ensures that the platform will continue beyond the end of the project.
