Brief description

The aim of the project is to develop an automated welding system for complex geometries with varying wall thicknesses and diameters, such as those found in nozzle welding in the wind and hydrogen industries. The combination of automated welding techniques and artificial intelligence for real-time monitoring aims to achieve greater process reliability with consistent weld seam quality. This innovative approach reduces the need for manual manufacture of complex components by highly skilled workers and cuts manufacturing costs by up to 30% by shortening production times.
