Gender in Applied Research & Development (GARD)
Brief description
The aim of "GARD" is to address a gender equality policy deficit in the structures of HAW Kiel: In a top-down and bottom-up process, the pilot project implements, tests and evaluates sustainable structural measures that ensure the integration of the gender perspective in the research process and research design, find acceptance among the majority of academically active university members and are disseminated to the public. Specifically, the GARD project deals with the question of how the gender relevance check could be anchored in the structures of HAW Kiel.
