Specialization

The following three (starting in the Winter Semester 2023/24: two) areas of specialization are offered:

Examination Regulations through the Winter Semester 2022/23:

  1. Sustainable Energy Systems
    This specialization covers current renewable energy technologies, such as solar energy systems and wind energy, and their sustainable use.
  2. Communication Technology
    This specialization focuses on the design, marketing, and operation of communication systems.
  3. Digital Economy
    The Digital Economy specialization takes into account the current transformation of global business systems and prepares future graduates for Industry 4.0.

Examination Regulations effective Winter Semester 2023/24:

  1. Sustainable Energy Systems
    This specialization covers current renewable energy technologies, such as solar energy systems and wind energy, and their sustainable use.
  2. Information Technology
    This specialization offers, among other things, courses on the topics of “Digital Technology,” “Requirements Management,” and “Software Development.”

In addition, starting in the 4th semester (Curriculum: 2023/24 starting in the 6th semester), students can create their own individual Focus on by selecting appropriate Elective Modules.
