When assessing admission requirements in accordance with Section 7 of the Examination Regulations, all academic achievements completed and verified at universities within the scope of the Higher Education Act (HRG) and at recognised foreign universities based in signatory states to the Lisbon Convention will be taken into account. Students who have earned at least 180 but less than 210 credit points (CP) from their bachelor's degree programme are given the opportunity to make up the missing credits by the end of their master's degree programme in accordance with the valid examination regulations, see Examination Regulations § 7 (1):

"If there are any gaps in competence, the missing competences must be made up. As a rule, a total of 300 ECTS credits should be achieved by the successful completion of the Master's programme."
