Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jana Schloesser

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Schloesser holds the Chair of Materials Engineering in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Her teaching and research focuses on materials development, thermomechanically highly stressed materials, metallic 3D printing, graded materials and corrosion. She is the director of the Institute for Materials and Surfaces. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Schloesser is currently the equal opportunities officer for the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
